Hiring managers need to understand this. :) Giving people to solve super complicated specific tasks, in tools they didn't necessarily touch, because there's 10+ tools for the same thing usually, or algorithms they would regardless Google in their work time, because why remember by heart information you can Google at any point, and not actually employing them for their architectual logic of how to design the API properly, APP, entire platform flow, or for a specific use case, scale the project, write clean code, is where it all falls apart... :)
