Strategic Quality Leader | People Centric ICF Coach & Organizational Psychologists | Driving Operational Excellence | Creating Lasting Business Value
Congratulations to all graduates, and… I am glad to share that I graduated with honors from William James College, earning a Masters, Organizational Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Development and Change. This complements the Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching (GCEC) in Leadership Psychology earned here in 2022. These new learnings, disciplines, and adaptive leadership skills have shaped my journey and allow me to bring forward a new dimension in my life’s work. It was this powerful potential and the school’s reputation and commitment to experiential learning that led me to William James College in 2021 to build this new dimension. A few highlights from this journey include: - Inducted in Psi Chi Honor Society, 4.0 GPA - Developed a set of adaptive leadership skills, use-of-self, for organizational diagnostics, design, intervention, transformation and change management to build character, work with people, teams, and organizations in a more powerful way. - Expanded an invaluable network of people, including students, seasoned professionals, advisors, and company founders within the coaching, consulting, business development and high technology space. As a leader, learner, continuing my education and growth journey and earning this second master's degree (RPI 1996) has been a personal goal and commitment. My advice for those on their own learning journey is one day, one assignment at a time. Finally, thank you to my family, friends, instructors, cohort(s), and network who inspired me, stretched me, and expanded my thinking. Especially want to thank Dr. Darlene M. Piva, MA, PsyD, Lynne D. Richer, EdD, GPHR, Dr. Miranda Lane, LPsyD, LCMHC, Ara Haroutiounian and Suzanne Boulos at William James College. You have walked along side with me, and for that I am grateful. Now, I am prepared, and energized for what’s next, and new beginnings with learning, new experiences, and more to give. #WilliamJamesCollege #organizationalpsychologist #newbeginnings #trusttheprocess #culturechange #transformation #leadership #allyship #coaching #consulting #mindset

TEEFEY & SELENA GOMEZ-Rare-SuperStar WonderMind.com*SelenaGomez.com I ABSOLUTELY SEE NOTHING WRONG WITH CRYPTOCURRENCY. I CAN UNDERSTAND WHY THE INFANT DEMOCRATIC-CAPITALISTIC MINDS OF TODAY BLAME THE USA GOVERNMENT. THAT SAID THEN IS ANY GOVERNMENT TO BE BLAMED FOR THE HOMELESS PROBLEMS PLAGUING THE WORLD.?... NO. GOD KNOWS ALL THE HEADACHES USA GOVERNMENT HAVE WITH THE FOREIGN AFFAIRS. THE NEW WORLD IS PRACTICALLY A SHOCK TO WITNESS. PEOPLE "ONLY WORKING" TOGETHER FOR A COMMON GOAL... "IN THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS." THUS DOESN'T THAT ALSO INCLUDE THE HOMELESS. THE HOMELESS ARE OUT THERE... ARE YOU.? HOMELESS A OPPORTUNITY MISUNDERSTOOD..... The modern economic system is a market economy, which is a capitalist economy where people, not the government--NOT THE GOVERNMENT--own most businesses. In a capitalist economy, prices allocate capital and labor between competing uses, and capital assets like factories, mines, and railroads can be privately owned and controlled. https://lnkd.in/eB98Jnv9 GOOGLE. EXAMPLE, IF YOU NEED TO RAISE MONEY FOR ANY REASON OR MORE SO LETS SAY THE "HOMELESS" PROBLEM WHICH IS BELIEVED TO BE TIME & MONEY CONSUMING BUT IN ONE DIRECTION TOWARD THE HOMELESS. HOWEVER CRYPTOCURRENCY CAN POSSIBLE ALLOWS AN EXPENDITURE OF CURRENCY TO BENEFIT ALL WHO USES THE CRYPTO & REGARDLESS OF HOW IT'S CONSUMED. THEREFORE IF A CRYPTO "HOMELESS" CURRENCY EXISTED IT'S MORE HIGHLY LIKELY THAT THE HOMELESS PROBLEM CAN BE VANQUISHED BECAUSE CURRENCY-FINANCES IT'S ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO BE TAPPED INTO FOR HOMELESS RESOLUTIONS. People and Organization Consultant | Coach | Facilitator | Career Instructor | Expertise in Change Management, Marketing, Customer Success, Customer Experience | Simplify Work, Empower People, Drive Results
Think about the last time you were part of an organizational change. I'm certain you cringed 😫 Whether a transformation, reorganization, strategic direction, or other reason, change brings apprehension and concern. What makes a difference? The people and how they are involved throughout the process. Here are a few items each role can do to make a difference. ⭐ Leaders: Provide clarity of direction, ensure people have what they need to be successful, empower people to be a part of the change. ⭐ Employees: Get involved as earliest as possible to create a sense of ownership and build advocacy. ⭐ Customers: Inform direction and provide feedback along the way (even better if they are embedded into the process). It's inspiring to see Austin Community College's Theory of Change first hand. The leaders have been clear in direction and communication, and also humble in adjusting and sharing what they don't know yet. The employees are part of designing the strategic direction and are getting radical transparency. Students have been involved from the beginning to provide their perspective. No change is ever perfect. Listening and continually improving help to make necessary shifts to stay focused on the vision. And people help each other keep going. Grateful for all the wonderful people at Austin Community College that I've met and have a chance to work with! What helps keep you focused and engaged during an organizational change? #changemanagement #organizationalchange #highereducation #peoplefirst

I'm so delighted that we have members from every division of Austin Community College Student Experience and Outcomes represented across Theory of Change Design Teams: Career, Student Impact & Outcomes, Student Life, Transfer, and even the admin support team (me!). I'm probably biased, but I truly believe that student experience and outcomes is a team within our College with a culture that truly lives the values of courage, compassion, joy, and yes. I know each of these people loves our students deeply and is ready to redesign this college so that our students feel that love every step of the way. I am so proud of my SE&O colleagues and can't wait to see what magic they bring to each team lucky enough to have them!
