Addressing discrimination and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) is a complex and ongoing process that requires sustained effort and commitment from all levels of society. While laws and policies are in place to protect against discrimination and promote DE&I, implementation and enforcement can be inconsistent, and there is still much progress to be made.
Governments can play a critical role in preventing discrimination and advancing DE&I by taking actions such as:
* Strengthening and enforcing anti-discrimination laws and policies in areas such as employment, housing, education, and healthcare.
* Providing funding and support for programs and initiatives that empower marginalized communities and address systemic barriers.
* Collecting and analyzing data on discrimination and inequality to inform policy and program development.
* Promoting representation and inclusion in government, including in leadership roles and decision-making processes
What are the exactly measurements that Government is doing to prevent the women discrimination increase even further? Are DE&I policies a reality? Or is it just a loud policy ? Is this policy really implemented in the different environments, organizations, and systems? How government is measuring the compliance on it? All of them are the questions that we should be force to tackle and generate a government approach to force them to the compliance in this pointent approach to force them to the compliance in this point
