Probably many of you struggle with the decision to tell your employer of your Parkinson's diagnosis. For some of you, telling your employer might be the exact right thing to do. Keeping it to yourself for as long as possible may be the best path for others. As always, we recommend talking through your unique situation with trusted friends, family and advisors (maybe even a lawyer) before you decide one way or the other. I know this is a difficult decision, and I think if you know your employer well enough to know how they might accept the news, you can decide from there.
