Have you ever deeply considered what it means to "mind the gap"? It's an expression I've spent a lot of time contemplating. As someone who has spent his career advancing shared ownership solutions across sectors, people, and organizations, I’ve thought a lot about “the gap” between where we are today with employee ownership, and a US economy where EO is normalized (if not the experience of the majority of the American workforce). There are still gaps in access to capital, as well as access to knowledge, after decades of work in this area. Experiments are crucial to gaining new knowledge about how we can mind these gaps.
