Your Reliable Rapid Test Partner | Helping people to find the more suitable diagnostic tools | Passionate about people & technology | Inspired by a great team, shaping the future of healthcare
The #avianflu is currently raging, spreading not only among animals but also from animals to humans. 🐦🦠 The symptoms caused by the avian flu virus in humans can range from mild respiratory infections to severe pneumonia and multiple organ failure. 😷🤒 In some cases, it can even lead to death. Although the current cases seem to have milder symptoms, we can't afford to overlook the potential dangers. That's why early #detection of avian flu is crucial. 🔍 Through testing, we can swiftly diagnose the avian flu and manage the condition, while also implementing measures like isolation and #prevention to avoid risks. 🏥 If you want to learn more about the avian influenza rapid testing solutions, you could follow Hangzhou AllTest Biotech Co.,Ltd. or visit: https://lnkd.in/gZ2vtrst #birdflu #health #medicaltreatment #detection #diagnosis #avianflu #H5N1 #healthcare

Mosquitoes are unpredictable 🦟 It makes them fascinating and difficult to track – as the WHO/Europe Region seeks to respond better to vector-borne diseases. Experts from #Italy 🇮🇹 describe ways we can control the vector - in this case two species of mosquitoes that transmit the dengue virus - and prevent further spread. Rising temperatures across the Region due to climate change, combined with rain and increased humidity – conditions more favourable for the mosquito vectors – are likely contributing to the increase in cases. Find out more 📹 👇

Given current and future trends in human mobility, climate, and zoonotic spillover, understanding the interplay between connectivity and environmental suitability will be increasingly necessary to contain emerging and re-emerging pathogens. Harish et al. (2024; https://lnkd.in/es9Sm2cR) developed a dynamic modelling approach for infectious diseases and found that early dengue invasion is more heavily influenced by environmental factors, resulting in patchy non-contiguous spread, while short and long-distance connectivity becomes more important in later stages.
