Meet Harsh, a student from Ashoka with a modest GPA who got accepted into Babson College, one of the top universities for entrepreneurship. How did he do it, especially when his grades were below the minimum requirement listed on their application portal? The answer lies in strategic profiling. While grades matter, universities look at more than just numbers, they look at you as a person. We focus on building a holistic profile that highlights your strengths, ambitions, and unique experiences. It's about standing out beyond the GPA, and that's exactly what Harsh did. At Tads Education, this is what we do. We help our students excel by showing them how to leverage their unique qualities and experiences to build standout applications. Don't let your potential go to waste. A piece of paper doesn't define who you are. We're here to help you, book a consultation with me using the following link: https:the//https://lnkd.in/eRRnYhYg

In Company Program, we strive to empower young high school entrepreneurs to develop business solutions that tackle real-world challenges. But impactful change begins with understanding the people we’re trying to help. This year, as we focus on Science Education for youth, it's crucial to remember that our innovators and entrepreneurs are youth themselves. For them, making a difference starts with listening – 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 – to their peers' experiences. Whether it’s the challenges they face, the obstacles in their learning journey, or the dreams they hold for a brighter future. Understanding these stories is key. The first step in this process is creating a safe space for sharing – a circle of empathy. Here, youth come together to share their personal stories and the challenges they encounter in accessing quality science education. These shared experiences provide the insights needed to develop new solutions that grow organically from the ground up. Of course, to gain empathic insights from the people we want to help, we use a variety of tools – whether on their own or in tandem with others – such as one-on-one interviews, empathy mapping, day-in-the-life studies, role-playing, journey mapping, focus groups, and more. When we empathize, we don’t just hear stories; we plant the seeds of innovation that have the power to transform one’s experience. Kudos to our #CP teams for taking the necessary time to listen to their peers and develop solutions that resonate with them! What’s a tool you’ve used before to empathize with your audience or peers? Any favorites? Share with us in the comments below! 📸 Picture by CP team STEM Clinic #Science #Innovation #Business #Education #CPInnovate #INJAZLebanon #CP2024 #Empathy #DesignThinking

I recently announced my new role as a KidsMBA Tutor and Program Manager at CVskills ! 🎉🎉 This passion project perfectly aligns with my mission to equip younger generations with the power of entrepreneurship. Last year, I wrote a book on the importance of introducing entrepreneurship concepts to children and advocating for its inclusion in school curriculums. While I haven't published it widely, I believe this knowledge can be incredibly valuable for parents and aspiring parents. The book discusses: How entrepreneurship education fosters creativity, problem-solving, and financial literacy in young minds. You’ll learn how these skills can prepare children for an ever-changing world and equip them to thrive. See the arguments for integrating entrepreneurship into school curriculums, empowering you to advocate for your child's education. You can download your free copy of the book today using this link: https://lnkd.in/dxn5yYsg I'd love to hear your reflections on the discussion and the book, especially if you downloaded it. P.S. Share this post with other parents and educators who believe in nurturing young minds! Any college or university that can facilitate innovative minds like Mehdi to flourish are worth going to. Entrepreneurs are the back of industry and colleges and universities MUST BECOME the playing ground. For this to happen we need industry professionals to turn into educators, and in doing so, tackle real world problems without being bound by grades and test scores that belonged to the 20th century learning model. #colleges of the future need fresh thinking and a new role in the world of tomorrow.

Recent findings from the Journal of Pedagogical Research by Hardie, Highfield, and Lee (https://lnkd.in/dHpApF-e) underscore the importance of entrepreneurship education in preparing students for uncertain futures. Across nine countries, their study shows that entrepreneurship programs help students develop resilience and innovation. Early exposure to entrepreneurship fosters intent towards addressing societal challenges. The study also highlights the need for teacher training to deliver effective entrepreneurship education. This aligns with initiatives like MICR@S, which combine inclusion with entrepreneurial experiences, equipping students for the post-COVID-19 world. #EuropeanUnion #Eramsusplus #Micrasproject #education #entrepreneurshipatschool #inclusion #school
