We're hiring! Looking for experienced Senior Product Managers for one full-time and one 6-month contract role. The contract role is fully remote and involves supporting the in-flight migration to Braze. The full-time role is also remote, but targeting San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York. The ideal candidates will have experience managing communications platforms and building off-platform user engagement strategies. Specifically, experience with system migration from in-house to a third-party is preferred. The ability to optimize communications across triggers, channels, timing, and content in service of a seamless customer experience is a must.
