In today's hospitality industry, dominated by big players, mending luxury brands that become shabby is more challenging than ever. Betting on luxury turnarounds is like playing roulette – the stakes are high. The pandemic has made it even harder for smaller brands to regain market share as larger competitors have grown and now have deeper pockets.
