Are you tired of networking events that lead you nowhere? Feel like you are just collecting business cards without a real strategy? Say hello to networking that actually WORKS! 🤝 Because it is about connecting, making new friends and finding a support network. No shaking of hands and swapping business cards or emails. No elevator pitches. No cringy icebreakers. It is a group of women who all get each other and have got each other. Whether you have been to other networks or have shied away, this is going to be right up your street. Because you get welcomed with huge smiles and hugs (if you want them). There are relaxed, fun games and actionable tips you can implement immediately. Think party business fest. What happens 🔥 Start – no elevator pitches, instead a fun game based on getting to know you personally 🔥 Middle – ability to table an issue or opportunity you have, where we use the hive mind around the table to come up with ideas and solutions 🔥 End – hands on session on an impact making subject (this month it is awards and how they attract customers) This is all about you, creating new friendships, new collaborations and joining a community who inspire, support and cheerlead you. What do you have to lose? It is on Friday 10-12.30 in Solihull. Face to face where you form real connections. Where you get to be in the room with us and we all get to know each other. What was your first exposure to networking? Without realizing it, mine was probably as a child when I would introduce a friend to another friend because we had something in common. That’s called being a connector, and it is the primary focus of networking. Networking has always been a part of doing business and comes in many different forms worldwide. However, the origin of the organized business after-hours possibly started as a Chamber of Commerce activity to bring together local individuals from the business community and to serve as an opportunity for Chambers of Commerce (and other organizations) to gain new members as they connect the business community. To summarize, the ultimate goal is to create a win-win event by helping you broaden your networking circle, expand your awareness of products or services, and establish long-lasting relationships—the organization benefits by gaining new members and assisting members to connect with the community. Last week, business owners joined me for a virtual networking event and discovered hidden opportunities in their network. 🌐 🤝 This discovery happened because we all showed up with the same intentions. 1️⃣ Learn & Grow: Uncover new opportunities. 2️⃣ Share Your Story: Talk about business and ask what you need. 3️⃣ Build Relationships: Connect with like-minded business owners and find valuable partnerships. We were delighted with the outcomes. 🌟 Expanded our network that same day with invites to other groups and introductions. 🌟 Proved different business verticals can be a source of referrals. 🌟 Accessed insights and personal experiences you won't find anywhere else. 🌍 If you'd like to join us next month, DM me and share why you want to join. Our monthly networking event is a free invite-only event for business owners who want to expand their network and discover opportunities they didn't realize existed. You commit to showing up monthly for an hour each month fully engaged. That is your investment. #Networking #BusinessGrowth #Community
