Einstein said it best! The key to living your best life is to keep on moving! Nobody knows that better than older adults. Today, on #WorldSeniorCitizenDay, we celebrate the older people in our life. They have helped shape the beautiful world we live in today. (Did we also mention that by incorporating more movement into your daily routine, you can improve your overall well-being and balance? We think Einstein was a bit ahead of his time😉)

Most people find themselves confined by the limitations of mindfulness that consist of only calculations, algorithms, and fixed routines of staying upright and up-to-date. These aren't real—they're created by educating us out of our human skills like imagination, a sense of wonder, art, creativity, sensitivity, emotions, feelings, care, and concern for mankind, nature, and our surroundings. Our sense of wholeheartedness from the very beginning of childhood is often overshadowed. These limitations are constructs of the industrial or imperial age, designed for our minds and logic to take over our heart and soul, standing against our real purpose of existence—our humanity and our love for the betterment of all mankind. Invisible barriers keep us stuck in the vicious circle of money and power, material success, restricting us from going beyond logical boundaries to explore the world of wonders, magic, and miracles. This is where we create masterpieces, achieve greatness, change the course of history, and make the world a better place for everyone. We must tap into our inherent and amazing human skills of humility, compassion, care, and genuine concern for all humanity—just like the great leaders in our history who live on in our hearts forever. Let’s break free from these constraints and embrace our true potential! #Mindfulnessvshearfulness #HumanSkills #Creativity #Imagination #Innovation #Compassion #Humanity #Leadership #Empathy #Care #Nature #ChildhoodDevelopment #PersonalityGrowth #Greatness #Inspiration #BreakingBarriers #TruePotential #BetterWorld #HistoricalLeaders #TimelessValues

❤️ #CrossingImaginaryLines: A herd of cows approaching a simple white line on the road, One by one, jumps over it~not a physical barrier, just a line painted on the ground. It's a powerful metaphor for the imaginary boundaries we perceive in our own lives daily. How often do we halt at the white lines of our life? These are NOT walls or fences, but mere marks—limitations set by society, our families, or even ourselves. They are imaginary lines that we've been conditioned to see as barriers. Let's take a cue from these cows and make the leap. It's time to challenge the invisible lines we've drawn & step beyond them with confidence. There's no need to jump high; sometimes, the smallest step is all it takes to move past self-imposed boundaries. Today, let's recognize the white lines for what they are, mere suggestions, not stop signs. Let's stride forward, unbounded and free, inspiring others to do the same. ❤️Folks Let's overcome their perceived limitations! Enjoy Have a Superb Saturday & A Wonderful Weekend & MAY Month & Awesome New Years Ahead ALL, Have #PositiveMindset #HolisticHealthMindset #BreakingBarriers #MindsetShift #InvisibleLines #PersonalGrowth, filled with #GoodHealth at mind body soul & heart levels for #AnExponentialGrowth😍

Major Learnings from today’s session(26/01/24) • Over two million years, the human brain has nearly tripled in mass, largely attributed to the evolution of the prefrontal cortex. • Enabling the simulation of experiences before real-life trials, the prefrontal cortex grants humans a unique cognitive ability. • The perceived impact of major life events on happiness is frequently overestimated by individuals. • Synthetic happiness, arising when desires go unmet, proves to be as genuine and enduring as its natural counterpart. • Experimental findings indicate that people can generate happiness by having choices and the freedom to alter their decisions. • While synthetic happiness is often considered inferior, it holds the potential to result in authentic satisfaction and contentment. • The freedom to choose and alter our decisions is vital for natural happiness but may impede the pursuit of synthetic happiness. https://lnkd.in/dWUNqMTR Umesh Yadav
