„Not every piece of information is knowledge” The effective management of employees' knowledge. For over 15 years of collaboration with businesses, as @Infinity Power International, we observe a trap into which we increasingly fall. It's a logical error of "knowing means understanding." An assumption that is more and more prevalent in the business world. This is partly a result of technological revolution and the fast access and flow of information. It's an illusion where we think that just because we saw something on the internet, read about it, or talked about it once or twice, it means we can apply it. But, can we really? We fall prey to distortion in our thinking, where we are convinced that we can apply complex information easily and automatically. However, it turns out that the path from information to knowledge, application, or skill is more complicated than we think. A mistake you can make is being known as a “doer” and not a relationship driver because you become a tool that can be replaced. Productive leverage is a powerful concept: 1 hour of doing more out of 60 hours will not do more vs 1 hour of relationship building. If you want better results it’s not about setting goals - it's about changing the behaviours and skills throughout the entire organisation. Your results will improve as your problem solving capability increases. Ultimately, it is your employees commitment to highlighting and solving any problems that will determine your progress. It’s not about any single achievement - it is about the cycle of endless refinement and sustainable holistic Continuous Improvement. 𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙚𝙧𝙨 are essential in business today - don't reduce employees to just 'walking hands'! Demonstrate servant leadership by engaging all employees as problem seekers and problem solvers. 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙚𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙞𝙨 𝙨𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙞𝙣 𝙗𝙚𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙤𝙪𝙧. From manufacturing floors to healthcare systems, 𝘿𝙈𝘼𝙄𝘾 transcends industries, breathing new life into stagnant processes and resurrecting lost profitability.
