Not sure how I feel about this one? On one side of the story, this is someone’s kingdom - they own it!!! They have everything they need to do their job, no situation they can’t resolve! No promotional offer that can’t be launched!! But equally it feels to me this isn’t efficient, there is a huge amount of waste paper, how would someone new know what to do to launch a offer and the physical trolley is huge!
