The Biased New York Times. More than 60,000 marchers participated in last week’s Israel Day Parade in New York City according to TV network news reports. Supporters from Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C. waved Israeli and American flags as they marched along Fifth Avenue, and were joined by family members of hostages still held by Hamas. The New York Times buried its coverage of the parade on page A18 of its print edition. This cavalier treatment of support for Israel contrasts with the front-page images the newspaper has given to pro-Palestinian street demonstrations and to antisemitic protests by students at college campuses. In a clumsy effort to minimize the wide support for Israel shown by the parade, the Times article includes the following: “New York has had roughly 3,000 demonstrations related to the Israel-Hamas war since October…most of them pro-Palestinian.” The bias against Israel in the New York Times comes from the composition of its newsroom. The Times recruits its writers from the same elite colleges that ignore the 3,000-year history of Jews in the Land of Israel and promote an ill-informed “colonial settler” narrative of recent invention. It is the same newspaper that has driven out writers with a broader and deeper understanding of history who have cited as reasons for departure “bullying by colleagues” and an “illiberal environment.” The Times supports Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in academia and business. Memorial Day: Relevant for a reason... You'll see it start shortly. Brands honoring the fallen by posting that they will be closed Monday. We developed and ran this campaign for a client to prove that there was an alternative. The results were outstanding and it was an incredible privilege to be a part of so many families telling their stories about a lost love one. Tactical: A two-phase Memorial Day campaign to collect and share memories of loved ones who left from Union Station to serve our country. Part One: An initial social media marketing campaign to gather the memories and development of a website landing page to display them. Part Two: Creation of a video animation to highlight sample memories and drive traffic to the website landing page (of all Memorial Day memories gathered), media advisory disseminated to select local media to increase awareness, and a second social ,media marketing campaign to promote the memories over the Memorial Day weekend. Campaign Data: Reached over 83k individuals and generated 190k impressions Almost 59k people engaged with the campaign, 234 of them shared it with their own audience Tone: 3,084 reactions, 98.9% Positive Data: 190,507 Impressions 83,248+ Reach 58,726 Engagements 655 Link Clicks 234 Post Shares 89 Comments 5 New Followers/Likers Landing Page: (view here) 427 views between 5/22 to 5/25; average time on page was 1 minute and 19 seconds https://lnkd.in/euAFX2dM

See below 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 Our @myfanwytristram SUPERB protest piece: THE NOISY VALLEY is not only of its time, well researched, educational and beautifully executed, but it is also hopeful and we envisage it as a returning series adaptation too! Myf tells us: "Anyone who's feeling a bit disheartened by the way things are going in this country. It's easy to think that you can't do anything about political issues, but when you read stories of protests large and small, successful or otherwise, it shows that there's a long history of people standing up and refusing to be trampled over. I'd love younger people, who are growing up in this time when the right to protest is being contested, to learn that this has not always been the case, and take inspiration from some of the stories to protest in their own way about the things that matter to them." The Noisy Valley collects twelve true stories of protest from the Rhondda Valley in South Wales. It’s a response to current-day politics and particularly the erosion of our rights to protest — and it’s also a cracking set of stories from people who wouldn’t take things lying down. Of course, the Valleys were at the heart of the miners’ strikes. There were plenty of stories beyond the miners’ strikes though: like how local campaigners closed down a landfill site that was leaching poison into the local streams; and how there was no use calling the police because they were against it too. Other interviewees had memories from long ago: Magnum photographer David Hurn, who has made the area his home, shared stories of snapping the Aldermaston Marches back in the swinging Sixties. Throughout 2023, The Ferret has continued to investigate the far right, an area we have covered extensively for some years now. Its rise in Britain over the past decade has been a worrying development for human rights groups. They fear impressionable young people are increasingly drawn towards extremist organisations. From investigating a raft of new far right groups, to revealing that neo-Nazis were exploiting anti-asylum seeker protests in Erskine, The Ferret kept its eyes on the far right in 2023. Chants of "Jesus was a Palestinian" as shoppers tried to do some holiday shopping in Ottawa Canada. Once again, the below video how these pro-Palestinian/Hamas protesters just make noise even if their catchy slogans and chants make no sense at all! One of their main goals is to take over the world. Start with the Jews/Israel and then the Christians etc. Why chant "Jesus was a Palestinian"? You think it is to foster support from Christians? Nope! Rather, it is part of their larger plan to conquer the world in a rejuvenated modern day crusade! Hamas has made this point numerous times. This is why they go through great efforts to wave the Palestinian flag over the Golden Gate Bridge, the London Bridge and numerous other places. They also have the catchy chant "we are all Palestinian." Really? Curious to know whether this video and these types of chants bother Christians or not. Regardless of religion, it should be bothersome to any right minded individual that these folks can just harass anyone and their family when out and about trying to have a good time and do some shopping. The below is a more peaceful video than the protest in the Eaton Centre Mall in Toronto on Friday (https://lnkd.in/d5yHT3ia) where protesters threatened police and those shopping in Zara's that they will kill them ("I'll put you 6 feet deep"). As a Jew, it really does not matter to me whether he was Palestinian or not, but this goes to show how far these radicals will go to push their agenda that the Jews have no historic connection to the Land of Israel. I would ask the following questions to these folks (not that I would expect any intelligent response): (1) Was Jesus a Jew (you may want to check with any Christian you know before you answer that question)? Please provide your sources if you say he was not. (2) If he was not a Jew, since Islam only began in 610 BCE (not in Palestine/Israel), what religion was Jesus at birth? How about the other "Palestinians" that lived at the time? Please provide a source. (3) If you agree that he was a Jew, so then you agree that the Jews lived in Israel/Palestine more than 600 years before Islam was founded? If not, please explain and provide a source. (4) Was the land where he was born called "Palestine" at the time or Judea/Israel? Again, what is your source for that? Thanks again Greta Yulish

Example 2 For Answer 2: Black Lives Matter Protests: Following high-profile cases of violence by police against Black people, activists and citizen journalists used social media to relay personal tales of racism and document police brutality. The widespread use of livestreams and mobile films has made it possible for regular people to draw attention to structural inequalities and magnify their own voices. Even though traditional media outlets reported on the demonstrations, several activists took issue with the manner they presented the events, minimizing the worries of underprivileged people.
