How do we define 'Productivity'? On Tuesday, we hosted our popular event, ‘Driving Productivity with Leaner Teams,’ in Copenhagen. Following the success of our Berlin edition, this event saw over 20 enthusiastic attendees participating across two rooms. Post-pandemic challenges have led many companies to reduce their teams, making the productivity of remaining employees crucial to organisational success. Our talented attendees engaged in discussions on this very topic, exchanging innovative ideas and strategies to ensure teams feel empowered to succeed, regardless of size. Some of the standout points from the evening included: 👉 Ensuring we understand the challenges ALL of our employees experience. 👉 Transparency and clear communication is key to trust and productivity. 👉 Closing the gap between releasing surveys to capture key indicators of where the business might be failing to motivate employees and actually acting on their recommendations.
