Make a difference > Any other challenges. I haven't come across a better example of willingness and dedication. Societal and corporate norms talk about retirement between the ages of 58 and 65. The key question for the individual is to remain relevant irrespective of what stamp they have been given. Here's someone who's inspiring every human by working and giving a run to someone even at the age of 97 years. You keep going and milestones will keep getting created! These are the thoughts that had come to me from a sage person. You seek clarity amidst the clutter. You persevere despite challenges. Is it possible with a full-time job? This doubt hitting anyone is quite natural when someone hasn't delved into the world of content creation. Our 22nd #LinkedInAudioLIVE kickstarted with many aspects that came in from our Speakers... Akshaykumar said expand yourself or extract from what's happening...that has been the power of content creation. Anand shared how content became a medium for him to share what people typically go through in their career and job search. Sampark brought examples that encouraged that before sharing the post - think about the reader and why they should consume it. Here are some of the many other things that came up: ▶️ Tips and tricks for effectively managing time between a full-time job and content creation. ▶️ Tools and techniques for planning and scheduling content. LinkedIn Scheduler is a classic example. ▶️ The entire art & science of content planning and having a strategy in place. This includes repurposing of your content. ▶️ Content for different platforms works differently. Deciding what platform to choose is also a process. Eg., X is short form, IG is a short form with tons of pics, YT is a long form with a focus on shorts, and LI is professional and establishes your credibility. ▶️ Always have your content for the target audience that you are looking at. You may take your time to discover and that's fine. ▶️ Use the time beyond 9 to 5 to share thoughts about your experiences. It includes your travel time as well. ▶️ Don't worry about people judging you. It is bound to happen. If it gets too much in terms of time being spent - disconnect for some time ;) ▶️ Being at it in the long term creates both recognition and public visibility. ▶️ You may be wrong if you are thinking that people are thinking about you. It doesn't matter if you have written something that doesn't connect with people. The LIVE always covers so many real-life examples for anyone to draw from those lessons. Being 💯 percent ready is a myth. I've learned it the hard way. I always used to think that having a perfectionist mindset is great and it is something to be proud of. I was wrong since it only delays progress and what one is capable of also gets prolonged. What's your view - Is the statement on the image correct?

Growth in an existing job or identify a new one. I met this individual and realised how important is clarity when one has to reach out for help. His primary need was to get growth in his existing organisation however he was also searching for another job. He wanted me to support him as a Coach for a short duration. I agreed to help. As I delved deeper ...I realised that he lacked clarity and wanted to be all over the place. I did my best to bring in all the connected elements for him to choose the path that he wanted to take. Those who are deprived can achieve a lot more. History has proven this time and again. A few weeks ago when a vegetable seller's son Yogesh cleared his CA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India...he went to inform his mother. His mother better known as 'Thombare Mausi' was sitting at her roadside vegetable shop. As his son came to her and informed her about the result, she immediately got up and hugged him out of excitement. We think resources can make us achieve great things - trust me - it is only a MYTH. How many reactions do you think Public Speaking involves? To me...it could be as many as you could think of ;) Why? Because it depends on the audience with whom you are spending your time. To me, it encompasses the following: ↳ Interest - Is the audience engaged and curious? ↳ Motivation - Is the audience inspired to take the desired action? ↳ Emotions: Do they experience happiness, sadness, anger, fear, or anything else? ↳ Understanding - Did the audience comprehend the information? ↳ Agreement/Disagreement - Is there an alignment with the speaker's viewpoint? ↳ Evaluation - How does the audience judge the quality of the information flowing in? This list can go on...
