Is it all over for TV as a major medium as people spend more and more time on their mobile devices? It turns out that although mobile keeps winning share, TV watching is holding up pretty well. While traditional TV lost over 12 percentage points of its media share in the last 6 years, much of that is just people switching to connected TV. Across traditional and connected devices, TV is down just 2 percentage points of media time from 2017 and 2023. Looks like there’s still a time and place to sit back and watch video on a bigger screen and an opportunity for marketers to reach people there. #digital #media #advertising #marketing
