Businesses that have a strong founder-led culture, often prove to be the most successful. Where the founders are the best brand advocates themselves, actively inspiring and guiding their teams on a day to day basis. Founder-led culture is so crucial because it sets the tone, values, and vision that will guide your team. When the founders are actively involved, they can ensure the culture aligns with the company's mission and goals. This helps attract the right talent, foster collaboration, set yourself apart from competitors, and maintain high morale even as the organisation grows.
