Progress on the historical Colonial Parkway Rehabilitation in Williamsburg, VA! Teams are continuing construction on the concrete pavement and structural restorations throughout the project. Pavement demolition and stabilized subbase activities are also continuing at multiple locations within the parkway. #WagmanProject #construction

Another Stair Removal and Infill project to add to our portfolio. This impressive spiral staircase connected Levels 3 to 6 within 737 Bourke St, Docklands. As part of a back to base initiative, we successfully removed two portions of the stair between levels 4 and 6. The infill of these two voids utilised overhead working platforms to ensure no damage was caused to the architectural finishes of the retained stair portion. In close collaboration with the team at VEMI, we delivered the demolition work as well as the infill components of this project. Despite a tight programme and a challenging construction methodology, the project has been a great success in meeting all deliverables. There’s quite a drop on the far side of this universal column retaining wall (as you can see from the 7m markings currently above ground on the near side!)
