We make sure we include detailed information about the job role, we always include the salary and any benefits, this will help to attract the right candidates and will save time by deterring those who don't meet the criteria. 2. Use of clear headings, bullet points and short sentences to make the job advert more readable. 3. Also highlight the positives this way to make it attractive to potential candidates and use language that is inviting and encourages people to apply. 4. We always try and include the job title 3 times in the job ad, this will help to ensure that we are targeting the right candidates for the job. I recognise your family name. please, engage and change something in the office you work, for the staff there. and, most of all, any agency rep, You get paid.please, check if you received email from at least two hours earlier before you make that phone call to me giving out. please. please note, I am allowed to be unwell in the morning. Without earlier notice of 3 days. thats what unwell is. If sending you email shortly after 9am, asking to reschedule, is not good enough to you, for the interview at 11am, and you calling me at 12, why I did not attend interview, I’m no longer available for you sending my CV anywhere. Please, be able to say anything else about the company or the job itself if job spec doc is very vague. I know what my homework is. anyway, I don’t expect to obtain job through any of the recruitment agencies: you send CVs, so do other agencies. No agency has been capable of successfully placing me in employment for 5 years. the job is the product. The candidate is not the product. as long as the market keep using the opposite model, it is useless for you to approach me.I do not have your work in much high regard. . . .
