The BEE award honors and recognizes team members outside of nursing who go Beyond Exceptional Expectations (BEE). Our BEE award winner for Quarter 2 is Peter Richard, Lab. Peter works closely with all departments in the hospital, collecting samples from patients to help diagnose them and get them feeling better quickly. His life has been designated to service as he is also a Veteran. Peter was nominated for the BEE award by Jennifer Lemke, a co-worker and PCP in the Emergency Department. "I would like to recognize Pete for always being a phenomenal resource when we have a pediatric patient needing to obtain labs in the ED. Pete keeps the patients and families extremely calm and well controlled. When I have Pete by my side encouraging and supporting, I am more confident. Thank you, Pete, for your knowledge, experience, support, TEAMWORK, and most importantly THANK YOU PETE FOR YOUR SERVICE! I am very humbled and proud to say I get to work with a Veteran who always supports me to be the best I can be. Thank you, Pete for your Service, to the Military and WRMC!" We agree Pete! Thank you for being a resource for your co-workers and our patients!
