It is true than sometimes, the line between HR Partner and Social Worker seems very thin. Saying that it’s by listening to our employees that we can then work on more strategic topics like retention, recognition for instance. Also I personally feel proud when employees share their problems with me. That’s a proof of trust. Trust in my ability to listen to them with no judgement. Trust in my ability to take action, to fight for them if needed. This trust is precious and should be more valued. #hradvisory #hrtrust
