We have listened to the customers, our buyers and sellers. Following rules dictated by markets outside of our area, the forced adoption of tools we did not choose or manage, marketing, financial and business model restrictions that come with being a franchise was causing noise. That noise was getting in the way of our ability to listen to and take action on behalf of those who matter the most to us…our agents, and our customers here in east Tennessee. This time next week, we will officially be Wallace Real Estate, entering the space as the largest independent brokerage headquartered in east Tennessee. We hold on to the fact that we will remain a full-service brokerage, as that is the core of who we are. But in seven days, you will see a company that is now better able to listen in order to take precise action.
