Happy Labor Day! As we sit back as a nation and reflect upon nearly 250 years of the American workforce's strength, ingenuity, and accomplishments; let's be sure to appreciate the paramount ideals that America originally introduced, and continues to serve as a beacon to represent, to our world. America remains a shining model of what a nation can become when it is founded using core principals derived from the individual's right to freedom, public and civil discourse based on intelligence and mutual respect, and a properly conceived system of a government "for the people" that divides the powers of Congressional law makers, Executive law enforcement, and Judicial legal interpretation into completely separate but equal branches to ensure no individual or branch ever gains too much control. Despite the warts and scars on our nation, the political and ideological divides, and the seemingly impossible task that we face as citizens to logically interpret the different spins and narratives which come from all sides of the political aisles; let's never forget that we are not only a massive group of individuals with our own unique daily struggles but also loosely assembled friends and neighbors swimming around in this one great melting pot that is called the United States of America. May God bless democracy, and may God bless America!

I wanted to wish all of my professional peers a happy American Independence Day, and to remind everyone how lucky we are that our forefathers had the insights to lay the groundwork for where we are today. Nothing is perfect, and trials where freedom is, will strengthen. As professionsals, we begin each fiscal year with a new set of goals. Back in 1787, our forefathers did the same, and laid these out in what became the preamble of our Constitution. Essentially, the “objectives” of our governments foundation. “We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.". Take it to heart. Take it to work. Take it to sleep. These are critical objectives that we must strive to drive with passion in our work and home lives. Don’t tread on these objectives. Happy Independence Day!

The elite want to destroy patriotism and national identity and replace it with a loss of national pride, race hustling, identity politics and divisiveness. We are a United States and not a United Nations......and should be proud to be the United States of America.

To stem the tide of Black immigration, the government began a secret campaign of disinformation.
