Your hotel is more than just a place to sleep. It's a tapestry of experiences – the architecture, the local flavor, the carefully crafted menu, even the way your guests talk about it online. So why should your music feel generic and disconnected? A truly exceptional hotel deserves a custom music strategy that weaves seamlessly into every aspect of your property. The upbeat feeling for the lobby that echoes the vibrant city around you. The choice cuts that complements your curated cocktail menu. The soothing spa soundtrack that reflects the tranquility you've worked so hard to create. At Raina, we take a holistic approach. We study your space, your brand, and what your guests are saying to design a soundscape that elevates the experience from check-in to checkout. We consider every asset shared with us and try to understand your brand as if we were a member of your brand team. Looking to switch up the vibe at your hotel? How progressive is placemaking? This question is going to become more critical as placemaking gathers pace. You can gauge placemaking’s popularity by the increasing use of it in circles beyond the built environment. Already, the definition has broadened – it’s no longer solely to do with public spaces. Nor is it the preserve of professionals. There are growing examples of residents regenerating areas for communities on their own initiatives. Where next for placemaking? We want to help shape its future at Pattern Festival 2024. This is a boutique placemaking event taking place in Central Manchester next month. Make sure you get your voice heard. Pattern Festival 2024 is on 19 June at x+why, Victoria Embankment, Manchester. There are a limited number of tickets available. Super cool exercise of crossing hotel data with solar eclipses route 🌑 to analyse past and future room prices, comparing yearly average with the nigh of the event. 📆 ... and we actually found and interesting pattern. Check this short video. 👀
Can you guess the route of the 2024 solar eclipse in North America by hotel price increases? Hotels located in destinations in the direct path of the solar eclipse on April 8, 2024, are presented with a unique opportunity. Recent data shows that many hotels in locations on the route are advertising much higher room prices for the night of the event compared to prices for the same night in 2023. ☀ For example, in Little Rock, Arkansas, room prices are advertised for $333, which is up 188% on the same night in 2023 and higher than the $120 average in 2024. ☀ Niagara Falls, Ontario, is another destination where hotels are advertising higher prices for the night of the eclipse. Room prices are advertised for $466.93, a 154% increase compared to 2023 and higher than the $176.79 average in 2024. ☀ In Austin, Texas, there is also a surge in hotel prices for the night of the 2024 solar eclipse. Room prices are advertised for $342.54, which is 154% higher than the actualized price for the same night in 2023 and higher than the $123.98 average in 2024. 💡 But how can hoteliers make informed decisions and maximize their revenue during this event? The answer is real-time data. Real-time data can help you identify trends and patterns in your market that otherwise wouldn't have been possible, so you can adjust your pricing and marketing strategies to maximize revenue. From once-in-a-lifetime celestial events to local music concerts, Lighthouse has the market data you need for more informed commercial decision-making. Want to know more?
