Our organisations have turned into suffering machines - how can we find our way forward to them becoming miracolous, wonderful collaborative ventures which enable human flourishing and social value?
We argue for this we need to not only open our hearts, but also shift our minds, gear up our wisdom and seek to do become good together by turning every day, everything we do into the direction of our best essence. Or to put it into more refined terms we need a psychological, a political and a moral system transformation.

Principle Nr 7: #Goals not only align individual and team ambitions with
business purpose, but also protect personal growth and social value. Co-created among peers and integrated in community they foster mutual learning and innovation.
Goals too long have been targetted (top-down and cascaded), abused for a metrics-mania already with the evaluation in mind, and not directed at progress and growth. This has led to exhaustion, instrumentalization, and exploitation. There is a better way though: make your goals stepstones of progress towards the higher purpose of your business, unleash energy with learning goals, and always have the CO-llaboration in mind.
