    Happy National Dog Day! 🐾 Remote work has given a whole new meaning to the phrase “working like a dog.” Before working from home, we had no idea what our dogs were up to all day. Turns out, they mostly nap through work hours! But while their work ethic might be a bit relaxed, their companionship is unmatched. From making cameos on Zoom calls to nudging us for belly rub breaks, our dogs truly make every workday better. Share a pic of your pup “hard at work” in the comments!     We are physically wincing in pain reading that stat. Not to say we told you so, but we've been flagging the issue of insufficient training for a while now. 🤷♀️ If you don’t train people to succeed in their roles, they won’t. And since this stat concerns people leaders responsible for driving team productivity and engagement, it’s even more critical to set them up for success.
