“We must use technology to get a human outcome” As the summer holidays creep up on us, we were again delighted to partner with Eightfold for a heated discussion with some of the brightest minds across HR for a double roundtable, focusing on ‘Build, Buy or Borrow? Creating the right talent strategy.’ Bringing together 25+ People champions from across various industries, we were joined by Daniel Sherer and Laura Lawson from Eightfold for an insightful discussion about ensuring our People strategies are adaptable and aligned with business goals.
