𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 – 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝘁! They say Teamwork makes the dream work. But it is even more important to have team members: • That gets the big picture, • With excellent work ethic and • A Let’s get the job done attitude! Looking back on the year, it is with a sigh of relief that I want to shout – WE MADE IT! There were definitely times when I thought this is an impossible mission or task to achieve. In the end - Records were broken, Throughput were improved substantially, and Supplier Relationships were fostered to ensure sustainability. Key learnings of this year: • Change is scary but Change is growth. You might be surprised with the result. • Don’t be afraid to Speak up! Because the day you don’t speak up for the things that matter to you is the day your freedom truly ends. • If you get tired, learn to Rest. Do not Quit! Before 2025 kicks off with a bang, I need to give a shout out to Marelise Van Deventer, Bongani Nkosi and Dynette Prinsloo. You all made this season memorable.
