The first step in addressing suicidal ideation is to ensure the individual is placed in a safe, calm environment, free from stressors. Stressors are factors that can trigger or worsen emotional distress, such as relationship conflicts, financial problems, work pressure, or traumatic experiences. Reducing these influences is key to helping the person regain a sense of stability and begin the healing process through professional therapy. It's also important to remember that September is World Suicide Prevention Month. We can all play a part in preventing suicide by encouraging those around us to speak up about their struggles, creating an open and supportive atmosphere. Meanwhile, Phoenix Gate Event is hosting an audio event as part of our efforts this month. For more details, please check the comments below. Let's come together to raise awareness and help those in need. #worldsuicidepreventionday #mentalhealthawareness #suicidepreventionmonth #endthestigma
