Sales professionals play a crucial role in driving business success, and recognizing their contributions can foster a more collaborative environment. 🤝 At the same time, sales teams should also appreciate the strategic guidance and support that management provides in achieving their goals. A balanced approach can lead to greater success for everyone involved. 🌟
