Forging better health care for older Americans. Thirty U.S. health systems have signed onto an 18-month initiative exploring best care practices and standards for older Americans. CINQCARE is a partner in purpose, supporting the participating organizations, as the data and learning they share will help scale high-quality care for this growing demographic of Americans.
