In addition to our EWP Summit, we would like to take a moment to celebrate one of the other attending groups of interns from BotsIQ. BotsIQ's Summer Internship is all about diving into manufacturing in a hands-on way. Over 8+ weeks, interns get to tackle real projects alongside seasoned pros. It's not just about building technical skills; teamwork and leadership get a boost too. By the end, interns come away with a solid grasp of manufacturing and a great start for their careers.

10 things I’ve learn from my internship 1. It’s takes a lot of patience with each horse 2.every horse reacts to things differently 3.every horse takes more work then others 4.there is a lot of paper work that is done for each horse that is in 5.each horse has different diets to help them gain weight 6. Some horses need more of a workout then others do 7. Some things that need fix in a horse can be fixed in a day and some take longer 8.keeping the routine will help the horse more then a flexible schedule 9.even old horses can get a workout and conditioned to where they can run like they use to 10. Each treatment like the laser light has different positions you put on the horse to help the horse
