Interesting development for next Tuesday (no rest for the weary): The FDIC Board will consider, among other items: -- (as anticipated) an NPR on Long Term Debt Requirements for Large BHCs, certain IHCs of FBOs, and Large IDIs; -- (also as anticipated) FDIC IDI resolution plan requirements for IDIs greater than $100 Billion and "Info. Filings" for IDIs between $50-$100B -- (and previously foreshadowed) Proposed Guidance under Title I of DFA for Triennial Full Filers (Cat. II and Cat. III filers on a 3-year cycle) and 👀 Memorandum and resolution re: Board Approval of Midsized and Large Failed Bank Sales.

The limitation period for issuance of SCN/passing adjudication orders under Section 73 has been once again extended for FY 2018-19 and FY 2019-20. 🟡 FY19: SCN to be issued by 31st January 2024 and orders to be passed by 30 April 2024 🟡 FY20: SCN to be issued by 31st May 2024 and orders to be passed by 31st August 2024
