10min to Downtown. 10min to the Beach. Spontaneous dolphin excursions, spotting them from my office window and following them down the canal while they catch fish against the seawall. It's really hard to imagine a better place to WFH than this little community. A lot has changed since we started living here. We were told it was hard to find an opening when we lucked into our place. And undoubtedly, with the rise of remote work since then, openings have become increasingly rare. But, I happen to know that soon there will be at least two opportunities to join our community. 🍻 For the drinkers, there's a bar on-premises! 💻 During the day our "yacht club" (view in the pic below) is a great space to use for co-working (inside and outside). ⛵ Have/want a boat? Boat slips are available within arms length from units on the canal. 🎣 Top notch, fillet tables on every dock. 🥒 Plenty of pickle ball courts (no waiting). So if you're serious about taking your WFH-life to the next level, send me a DM. PS- My incentive? I'm looking for some cool WFH neighbors instead of anymore obnoxious "investors"/"snow birds".
