Water is the most important element, so drink warm water in the early morning, as you wake up, drink warm water. It detoxes your body. 3. Do some exercises, around 60 minutes. It will help in your body shape and maintain your health. 4. Breathe, inhale for three counts and exhale for three counts for four rounds. It helps you to be calm. 5.
