Do you want to be a Moderator at the next CXL Live? Here's what's in store for you, if you become one: (FYI the conference will be rebranded this year 😳 announcement soon) — Free ticket + Speaker/Moderator dinner party at one of the best-known experimentation conferences+networking events. When and where do you need to come? Austin TX, Oct10th-11th (Exp workshop by Ron Kohavi on 9th) We need moderators for the networking table portion of the event. Moderators facilitate hand-curated sessions where we match people together who are working on the same problems in the same industry... Keep in mind that you'll need to be comfortable with facilitating these discussions where people try to solve the problems they share. That doesn't mean you need to make the discussion innovative or profitable. Just ensure everyone has the time to speak (and nudge those who don't like talking!) Note: you must be an in-house practitioner of experimentation/testing/cro within marketing/product/data/engineering/UX/Design etc. This 'moderator' role is what sets this conference format apart from all others. It's the hub of the reason why you go to events. This role is the fascinator of the networking and how everyone gets to participate, everyone at the conference contributes to the conversation.

So, how do I create a facility to orchestrate the conversations you didn't know you needed? We do it with Open Spaces. Are any graphic designers attending Atomicon? I’m going, and I’d love to meet up with you there! 🤞 I missed out on attending the last Atomicon due to project commitments, and as a result, I also missed out on getting to meet Chris Do, who stepped up to the plate at the last moment to deliver a keynote talk. And from what I heard, it was excellent. That is the quality of speakers you can expect. For this year’s lineup, see the link in the comments. What is Atomicon? It’s one of Europe’s largest Small Business Growth Conferences that takes place in the UK (Newcastle, to be more specific). It’s gonna be the place to be in 2024. Why do I go to Atomicon? It is aimed at smaller business owners, so the speakers and topics are always relevant. I always come away with new ideas and, more importantly, the drive to implement those ideas to help grow my business. I’m a bit of an introvert; conferences and networking are not easy to do, but Andrew and Pete have set Atomicon up so that you are never left standing on your own. Everyone is friendly, engaging and happy to chat. I should also mention the pre-event and after-parties.
