These are the critical moments of Democracy. Will the psychopathic dark forces of a few override the will of the people? That is always the question in trying times for a democracy that has highlighted freewill in the individual. The critical element is will the people and their elected representatives step forward to eliminate such a power grab by these psychopaths. We have already passed two gates in this respect: 1) the Jan 6th insurrection and 2) the vote to supply aid to allies that just recently passed in the House on Saturday and passed in the Senate on Monday to be signed by Biden on Tuesday. Each time we successfully passed through one of these critical gates by which the people and our representatives learn more about how to choose the right path forward. Each event involved individuals stepping forward to risk life and liberty to complete the necessary steps to defeat the psychopaths. We are once again learning as a people, a nation, and world what it takes to preserve order among a gang of psychopaths who have seized the reins of power and control both military assets and the minds of many. Along with freewill for the individual comes a requirement for the individual to conquer personal fear.

Most any lawyer, and even people who can just read English, can understand that the NY Trump trial is a farce. prosecutor Bragg is accusing Trump of a "conspiracy" yet there is no such claim in the indictment. He is accusing Trump of falsifying business records to conceal another "crime" that a NY prosecutor is not authorized to enforce. And the trial judge is complicit in this farce. Trump may very well be convicted by this tainted jury, but ultimately, an appellate court will fix it. "This business-records felony was defined by the New York legislature, codified in the New York penal code. New York prosecutors are empowered to enforce only New York law. Hence, when the felony statute refers to “another crime,” it is obviously referring to another New York crime — not a federal crime that a New York County district attorney is not authorized to prosecute." The point of a prosecutor’s opening is to outline the charges and the evidence. Here, the state is searing into the jury’s mind that this is a conspiracy case. CALLING SEAL TEAM 6! What happens when President Trump determines that it is in the national security interest of America to assassinate Chief Justice John Roberts and orders Seal Team 6 to perform the act? Who can challenge that decision? It appears no one because SCOTUS says (undefined) official presidential acts basically cannot be questioned in a court of law. Rule of law no longer exists; rule of a monarch takes its place. An imperial SCOTUS has created an imperial president. Will Cannon determine that Trump made the decision to take the documents while he was president and thus cannot be prosecuted for an official act? Our former president continues to lose in court which is encouraging to those of us who want to see justice for all his illegal actions. No one is above the law! “A federal appeals court has unanimously ruled that Donald Trump can be put on trial for trying to stay in power after losing the 2020 election, rejecting Trump’s sweeping claim of presidential immunity and moving the case one step closer to a jury. “For the purpose of this criminal case, former President Trump has become citizen Trump, with all of the defenses of any other criminal defendant. But any executive immunity that may have protected him while he served as President no longer protects him against this prosecution,” the panel of three judges wrote. “The interest in criminal accountability, held by both the public and the Executive Branch, outweighs the potential risks of chilling Presidential action and permitting vexatious litigation.” Trump has already indicated that he plans to ask the full U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court to review the ruling. While his legal arguments keep failing in court, even rulings against him aid his goal of delaying any federal trial in D.C. until after the presidential election. The court said it would put the ruling on hold until Feb. 12 for Trump to appeal to the Supreme Court but would not wait for the full D.C.
