Have You Called Your Customers Today? (A conversation that ensued between I and a customer who hadn't returned after 4 months) I: "Hello, good morning, you're on with Nonso from Medmark Pharmacy." Customer: "Good morning, this is [Name], how can we be of service?" I: "I'm calling first to check on you and find out how you're thriving with business and all." Customer: "My brother, God is helping us, o. The economy hasn't been helpful, but we've learned to cut our coat according to our cloaks." I: "It's well, sir. I'm glad you're still pushing it, and I know something good is on the way." Customer: "Amen, o. Thank you for checking in; we appreciate." I: "You're welcome, sir. Also, feel free to reach out to me on this line if you ever encounter any challenges on the path to procuring items from Medmark Pharmacy, and I'd be quick to respond." Customer: "Did you say Med Lab?" I: "No, sir. Medmark." Customer: "Oh, yes... (thoughts rushing in from past to present). I remember Medmark. No, we didn't have any challenges; just that your rep stopped coming around." I: "Apologies on that, sir. We are available now, sir. How would you like me to send you our product and price lists on WhatsApp for your perusal?" Customer: "That would be fine; go ahead." *Outcome:* I sent the documents, and sales proceeded afterwards.
