👎 I hate this! 👎 Marketers can be too optimistic. Ads can come across as fake - all sunshine and rainbows. When the brand's message doesn't connect emotionally, its message gets lost in the void. 💡 One of my favorite creative prompts is to flip that approach around entirely. Sometimes, you can develop captivating campaign messaging by brainstorming worst-case scenarios. 🔥 When a brand is humble and can 'laugh at itself,' it can better resonate with its audience by embracing its flaws. ⬇ I've seen two examples of this recently, including the MayoHaters video below.
