Spring menus are focusing on easy to execute dishes that offer the customer a balance between nutritionally rich and comforting. The largest area of focus for the past 2 years and will continue next year is the lack of labour in our market. With that being said, chefs will focus on products that are versatile while saving on labour. Reuven’s NEW Fully cooked beef products are minimally processed, halal certified, grass fed and provide chefs with an easy to use, versatile product that can be used in many dishes. For example, our fully cooked lean ground beef is a single ingredient product that we have taken all the yield loss implications out of your food cost calculation and allows Chefs to have better control of their inventory control. The lean ground beef can be easily flavoured to your liking and makes a great addition to any soup, chili, taco, nacho, pasta or appetizer on your menu. #qualitymatters #tastebudparadise #foodcravings #breadedchickenbreast #chickensandwichwars #chickensandwiches #quickservicerestaurant #reuveninternational #HotAndSpicyBreadedChicken #ComfortFood#ChickenPerfection #FlavorExplosion #SpicyDelight #ReuvenProducts #RestaurantBusiness #QualityIngredients #beeflover #beeftacos #beefmince #beefprotein #chefstyle #halal #singleingredient #chefsofcanada #grassfed #customersuccess #savingtime #TasteTheExcellence #SlowCookedGoodness #BeefLoversUnite

Content “Chef de Cuisine” & Marketing “Maestro” | Content Marketing Expert & Strategy Pro | Plus…Branding, Communications, Copywriting, Storytelling, Product Naming, Thought Leadership & Other Cool Tricks
Feed the foodies! In its best year yet, the restaurant biz saw $1.1 trillion in sales, according to the National Restaurant Association (up from $864 billion in pre-pandemic 2019). The WSJ showed that the average US household spent 53% of its food budget outside the home—the highest proportion ever! I’ve actually cut back on eating out, having learned to love cooking and baking during the stay-at-home years. I’m not an expert, but I’ve come a long way and I find spending time in the kitchen quite therapeutic. What do you think? Is this trend about convenience, the rise of “foodie” culture, a restriction rebellion, or something else? #trends2024 #restaurantindustry #fooddelivery #foodies #marketingtrends

Here's something... Restaurants aren’t just competing against each other, but also against the allure of home-cooked meals. While some consumers love customizing chicken dishes at home, there’s a golden opportunity to win them over when they step into a foodservice establishment. From crispy fried chicken to gourmet grilled creations, dishes that meet the value demands of consumers will keep them coming back for more. Chicken’s versatility makes it any restaurant’s secret weapon! The Secret Behind Your Favorite Fast Food: It's All About the Sauce! Have you ever wondered what keeps you coming back to your favorite quick-service restaurant (QSR) or local takeaway spot? Is it the core product like chicken, beef, or fish? Perhaps the taste of the bun, tortillas, or noodles? While these elements are important, they're not the main attraction. The true flavor hero lies in the condiments – the sauces, dips, and marinades that elevate the dish. In Southeast Asia, where the heritage of fermented sauces and seasonings is rich, these condiments are key differentiators that turn a good meal into an unforgettable one. From tangy tamarind sauces to spicy chili pastes, these flavor enhancers bring depth, complexity, and uniqueness to every bite. So next time you're savoring your go-to fast food, take a moment to appreciate the sauce that makes it special. It's these secret ingredients that transform a simple meal into a culinary delight. What’s your favorite sauce that you can't live without? Share in the comments below! #FastFood #QSR #CulinaryDelight #SoutheastAsianCuisine #Foodie #FlavorEnhancer #Condiments

I love cooking with the seasons, ensuring foods are alive with flavor and nutrients is a great way to approach cooking and dining. That doesn’t mean we need to stop eating certain foods or ingredients, it simply means that we should be mindful of our ingredient selection as chefs and have a purpose for each ingredient we choose. Cook with intentionality. Brown Butter Seared Scallops on Honey Nut Squash Risotto with Thyme, Cara Cara Orange and Ambrosia Honey. #cheflife #cookingathome #winterflavors
