April 2009 - Our stone company's lease of quarry land in southern Indiana is expiring on the aforementioned date. Our task? Get rid of all of our equipment on the land and build a road from the top of the quarry to the valley below. ⚠️ Zero - The amount of experience we had selling heavy machinery or building roads. Also the budget we had to spend making this happen. You know the saying failure isn't an option? This was it. Get it done or be sued into oblivion. That 7 month stretch was merely a chapter in my story. Did we pull it off? Your damn right we did. But it's not the success I think about, it's the countless hurdles and do or die approach we took.
