FINE LINE - If you don't need high speed from your electric motor, using finer gauge magnet wire offers the advantages of higher slot fill (higher torque density) and lower current draw (higher efficiency). Very fine wire is also very delicate, however, and successfully manufacturing parts requires highly skilled workers. A point of diminishing return exists where too fine a wire gauge actually results in decreased torque density and the wire becomes too delicate to manufacture reliably. #custommotors

The adverse consequences of scratches on the surface of the #hydraulic #cylinder bore: ① The #material chips extruded from the scratched groove will embed into the seal. During operation, it will damage the working part of the seal and may cause new scratches in the area. ② It worsens the surface roughness of the inner wall of the cylinder, increases friction, and easily causes crawling. ③Aggravate the internal leakage of the #hydrauliccylinder and reduce the working efficiency of the hydraulic cylinder. The main causes of scratches on the surface of the cylinder bore: (1) Scars caused when assembling the hydraulic cylinder: ①Scars caused by foreign matter mixed in during assembly. ②Scars caused by mounting parts. ③Scars caused by measuring instrument contacts. (2) Minor signs of wear during operation: ①Scars on the sliding surface of the piston. ②The sintering phenomenon caused by excessive surface pressure on the sliding surface of the #piston. ③The hard chromium plated layer on the inner surface of the cylinder is peeled off. ④Damage of piston ring. ⑤The material of the sliding part of the piston is sintered. (3) There is foreign matter mixed in the cylinder. ① Foreign objects entering the cylinder. ② Foreign objects generated during operation. ③ Foreign matter entering from the pipeline. END GAME - End turns (loops of copper wire that extend beyond the lamination stack) don't contribute to torque production but are a necessary evil when it comes to manufacturing coils of wire for electric motors. Therefore minimizing end turn length will reduce the overall motor length and increase the motor's torque density. Mechanically compressing the end turns is possible, but risks damaging the wire insulation. Needle winding the coils directly onto the stator teeth produces significantly shorter end turns than inserting pre-wound coils but requires very precise and expensive equipment. Hand-winding is the best choice to minimize end turns for low production volumes, while segmented stators are ideal for higher volumes. #custommotors

What is Ring Rolling? Ring rolling is a process for creating seamless ring-shaped components using specialized equipment and forming processes. Seamless rolled rings need less input material, are produced faster, more precise, and because of the circumferential grain flow of the finished part, are stronger than those produced by alternative methods of ring production. In its simplest form, ring rolling and its related process axial closed-die forming is an incremental forming process which exerts force on one part of the overall forging in an effort to form a better part at lower tonnages than alternative processes. Because of the unique nature of this incremental forming process, larger, more complex parts can be formed using only a fraction of the force which is needed if the entire part is formed under a die. Fig 1 shows a schematic view of the ring rolling process. #Ringrollingmachine #CNCRingRollingMachine #AxialHorizontalRingRollingMill #radialandaxialCNCringrollingmachine #Grindingmachine #MillingMachine #Formingmachine #AutomaticBearingRingProductionLine WhatsApp:+86-13515323812 Email:sales97@sddorco.com Web:www.sddorco.com

This machine passes a wire with a larger diameter through a drawing die, turning it into a wire with a smaller diameter. By increasing the number of these machines, it is possible to produce higher quality wire with a smaller diameter. In the video, you can see that this wire has a copper coating. After electroless copper coating, it has been polished by passing through a Tungsten Die, giving it a shinier appearance. #Wire_Drawing #Electroless #Cu_Electroless #Forming

Why we are using Battery Connection Welding Strip with 99.96% Pure Nickel in EV mobility battery......?????? Only because of easily solderability with normal soldering metal or spot welding with High tensile tension and Low resistivity and also having good corrosion resitance but it can be overcome by some special coating. 99.96% Pure Nickel cost is very High as compare to other metal suitable for forming. Is there any alternative......????? *****Yes it is Copper (Cu) low cost & easy avaialability but difficult to spot weld or soldering with required tensile tension. So how to held copper strip onto battery cells......Can we held copper strip onto battery cell by "magnets" or "any mechanical mean" 😴

Casted Body vs. Welded Body? 🧲 Choosing an optimal round electromagnet for scrap handling involves considering several key factors, including the type of scrap, lifting capacity, power supply, and the operating environment. Additionally, the decision between a casted body and a welded body depends on various factors as well. Casted Body is generally more robust and durable and can have a smooth and contoured design for efficient scrap handling. Is better at handling shock loads and impacts. However, may be more expensive due to the casting process and weight may be higher compared to a welded body. Welded Body is typically more cost-effective and easier to manufacture and repair. However, may not be as durable as a casted body and welded joints may be susceptible to stress and fatigue over time. In case you consider choosing a round electromagnet for scrap handling: Identify the types of scrap materials you'll be handling. Different materials may have different magnetic properties, so the magnet should be designed to effectively handle the specific materials in your application. Determine the maximum weight of the scrap you need to lift. This will help you choose an electromagnet with an appropriate lifting capacity. Determine the duty cycle or how frequently the electromagnet will be used. Some magnets are designed for continuous duty, while others are suitable for intermittent use. Consider the environmental conditions, such as temperature, humidity, and exposure to corrosive substances. Select an electromagnet with an appropriate size and shape for the scrap pieces you'll be handling. The magnet's pole face should match the shape and size of the material for optimal performance. Complete any electromagnet with a reliable power supply and magnet controller with battery backup. #crane #electromagnet #materialhandling #heavylifting #magnetcontroller #AXIMAautomation

"Working principle of disk mill" A disk mill has two disks mounted on a shaft. The two disks will rotate simultaneously in opposite directions so as to destroy the material being milled. On this part of the disk there are protrusions that function to clamp the material. During the process, the material will experience friction between the two plates so that its size becomes smaller and finer until it can exit through the mesh. with specifications : Type : FFC-23 + 8 HP Chinese brand diesel Capacity. : 90 kg/hour (corn), 40 kg/hour (soybean) Rotation speed : 5800 rpm Motor power : 8 HP Sieve size : 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1.5mm Dimensions : 80 x 50 x 100 cm Weight : 65 kg (excluding motor) Parts of disk mill ➤ Entry funnel Serves as an intake place equipped with an intake valve to regulate the amount of material being milled. ➤ Cover wall and disk Serves as a seed crusher due to the rotary motion of the disk against the stationary cover wall. wall that is stationary. ➤ Dispensing funnel Serves to make it easier to accommodate the output material. ➤ Frame Serves as a support for the machine. ➤ Drive shaft Serves to move or rotate the discs and there is a lock to adjust the distance between the discs. ➤ Diesel motor Serves as the engine drive. ➤ Pulleys Serves to transmit the power and rotation of one shaft to another with the help of a belt. ➤ Belt Serves as a link between one shaft and another shaft. #diskmill #workingprinciples
