Ingredients: • 1 pack boneless skinless chicken thighs • 1 pack bacon • 1 ranch seasoning packet • Your Behind BBQ Green Chile Bacon Rub • Roasted green chiles • American cheese • Slider buns Instructions: 1. Season chicken thighs with the Green Chile Bacon Rub and ranch seasoning. Let it marinate for 15 minutes to soak up all that flavor. 2. Preheat your Green Mountain Grill to 300°F. 3. Grill the chicken until it’s nearly done. Meanwhile, crisp up that bacon to perfection. 4. Remove from the grill. • While the steak rest, skewer the prawns and season with BBQ rub. Place onto the grill for 1-2 minutes. • Cut the steak against the grain, then get ready to build. • Quickly grill the soft tacos until charred, cover in cheese and blast with a torch to melt. Top with chopped steak, prawns, and a good chimichurri.

Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker. 2. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, chicken broth, and barbecue sauce to the slow cooker. Season the pork with salt and pepper. 3. Cover the slow cooker and cook the pork on low heat for about 8 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork. 4. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it with a fork. 5.
