Excited to lend my experience to the National Small Business Association and advocate for small businesses to our federal delegation, particularly around the rising cost of healthcare 🏥 Stomping Ground Strategies is proud to fully cover the cost of healthcare for our employees, but most small (and large) businesses don't. We spend roughly one-third of our lives at work (and another third thinking about work 🙃 ), and that takes a toll on everyone's mental and physical wellbeing. The LEAST employers can do is pay for healthcare. But make no mistake, it's expensive and most small businesses can't afford it. Small businesses make up 43.5% of the U.S.'s GDP. We're economic drivers, and as such, we should be able to support our workforce and their health, so they in turn can keep our economy healthy & strong.
Huge congratulations to our very own!! Isabelle Dienstag, partner and co-founder of Stomping Ground Strategies was named to the National Small Business Association Leadership Council. We're so proud of you Isabelle and we're sure there's much more where this came from. Congratulations!

To my fellow #womenentrepreneurs out there, this is an important tool in your toolbox. Leadership in business includes understanding the environment in which you operate - and I am not just talking about your corporate culture and environment. I am talking about the laws (policies) that govern how you can/will do business. Understanding how civics and, more specifically policy, affects your business is a #gamechanger. Especially when you learn how you can expand your influence over the policies and environment that impact your business. I highly recommend #ThePolicyCircle Civic Leadership Engagement Roadmap (CLER) program for any woman business owner or professional wanting to have greater impact and increase their sphere of influence. You won't be disappointed. #CLER #womenleaders #civicengagement
Attention women entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals: This is your special invitation to enroll in The Policy Circle's Civic Leadership Engagement Roadmap (CLER), our self-paced, experiential leadership development program. Over the course of three months, you'll gain the knowledge, skills, and connections to increase your civic leadership and expand your influence over the policies and environment that impact your business. The support of the Bowe Stewart Foundation enables scholarship opportunities for this initiative. Learn more about CLER and apply by FRIDAY, MAY 17th here: https://lnkd.in/gaDYcV_k

What an honor to host Get Konnected!'s 8th Annual CEO/C-Suite Speed Mentoring Program. Want to step up your leadership and management skills? Need to drive a culture of accountability with your team? Or want to give the gift of leadership training to someone on your team to help them shift from being a strong individual contributor to being a great boss? Join us on November 8! From a previous attendee: "I attended the How to be a Great Boss Workshop with two of my newer managers. It was great for all of us to work with other businesses utilizing EOS, all speaking the same language. The workshop reinforced EOS concepts/principles and brought those to a more granular level. The group discussions were certainly a highlight for all. Working in a small team within the workshop invited different perspectives to the concepts and situations that were presented. It was also very nice to have so many high quality EOS implementers both presenting and working with the small teams. Excellent workshop for me personally, and the team. We will definitely attend and bring other managers in the future."
Proud to be part of the team supporting the Great Boss Workshop led by Al Moscardelli with Andrew Turner, Rob Drynan, Jennifer Couldrey, Jon Weening, David Lewis, Brett Thompson, Breezy Bozik, Jonathan (Jon) McKee and Gavin Brauer 🎗️ This is an incredible opportunity for companies running on EOS to upgrade their leadership skills. Here's to more communities of practice in 2024! Being in community with your like-minded peers is a powerful thing once you’ve experienced it. We facilitate communities of practice for diverse sectors (think: food systems change-makers; social entrepreneurs; eco-system builders; nonprofit leaders; grantee cohorts) and co-create an experience for shared-learning, best practices sharing, and personal and professional leadership development. We can create a community of practice within your organization, for foundations, for sector eco-system builders. In fact, we’ve been participants in communities of practice ourselves, we love them so much! (Psst - wanna see the whole list of what's in store this year, go back to our earlier post)
