In this third Episode: Sayanapan, we explore a profound lesson: "Never think you are the most intelligent; there are always smarter people around you that you may not be aware of." Our curious character continues their enchanting journey of self-discovery, uncovering the wisdom of humility and the importance of recognizing the vast pool of knowledge around us.
Curated and narrated by Pallav Soin and brought to you by Spirit of Shabda, this episode dives into the magical realms of self-awareness and the value of embracing diverse perspectives.

Welcome to our second podcast, with Dato’ Sayed Moheeb. Things I found interesting:
- the early days of working was special because of the training and learning rather than salary. I feel that is so important today, that young people learn and get a solid foundation.
- starting with a British work style the American style was much more results focused and the German style was very focused and driven.
- in the early days of an organisation build a culture of excellence and ensure the unique style and culture of the organisation be shown through the staff, who are encouraged to go out and be public figures. This also includes really integrating Islam into the business life and environment.
- we need to do a better job of showing people the real differences and unique aspects of Takaful
- finally, I really can’t believe Dato’ is not on any Takaful boards. There is so much he could contribute.

The power of human contact!
A few years ago Dr Paul Horwood and I started the #BecauseICan podcast.
The idea was to share (with a touch of humour) some of the thoughts and lessons that we’ve learned from finding ourselves in extra ordinary situations.
We’ve also been really privileged to share time an experiences with a unique group of people.
Over the next few weeks I’ll share my favourite ones and add a few new ones! Here we start with the very first one!
The theme is being a part of your own solution and building a because I can mindset.
Here goes … let me know if you like it!
