As a woman CEO and a mother I’m elated to have seen the first-ever gender-neutral Olympics for Paris 2024 . I am so proud and hopeful at this unbelievable transformation from only 2.2% of women participation in 1900 to an incredible 50% by 2024. This success is more than a win in sports; it is an existence beyond that reminds us of what we can achieve in our struggle with gender issues. In my role, the importance of leadership, teamwork, and confidence cannot be overemphasized. These qualities are valuable not only in sports but also in business. However, despite the progress made up to now, women are still hindered from reaching top managerial positions. It may take up to 131 years to close these gaps according to the Global Gender Gap Report but it could also be used as an indicator showing that they stimulate innovation and growth. The Olympic success of women athletes in Paris 2024 can serve as a strong reminder for our daughters to pursue their dreams in all fields, including business. Let’s make this historic Olympic moment one for change. Fostering inclusive workplaces and recognizing women’s accomplishments will create our own “Olympic moment” in business. In so doing, we will not only discover hidden talents but also pave the way for future generations. #ParisOlympics #GenderEquality #WomenInBusiness #InspiringWomen #EqualityInSports #EmpowerWomen #DiversityandInclusion #BreakingBarriers #FemaleLeadership #InclusiveWorkplace #olympics2024

Women globally are breaking barriers, making their own waves, proving that empowerment is about more than medals, showing that marriage or motherhood doesn’t limit from achieving their ambition. The 2024 Paris Olympics showcases the power of women athletes shattering stereotypes and redefining possibilities. Standout stars like Manu Bhaker clinching dual medals, swimmer Jehanara Nabi making waves despite finishing 3rd, Nada Hafez fencing at 7 months pregnant, and Ni Xia Lian at 61 years still playing, prove that the right to choose your path is the true essence of empowerment. While the world celebrated Women’s Day on 8th March 2024, For Gajera Trust it was more than just Women's Day – it was a celebration of 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲'𝐬 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐦! It is surely a day to recognize the incredible beauty, intellect, strength, and courage of women everywhere. But shouldn't we be celebrating humanity in all its richness, every day? After all, every individual possesses a unique blend of so-called "masculine" and "feminine" traits. It's this beautiful spectrum that makes us who we are. 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐟𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐜 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧. We believe in fostering a world where every human being can reach their full potential, unconstrained by societal limitations. 𝐒𝐨, 𝐥𝐞𝐭'𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐝𝐚𝐲. Let's celebrate the strength, resilience, and brilliance of women – and all individuals – every day of the year. Former Goldman Sachs Partner, Consultant & Author | Helping salespeople connect to clients with authenticity and humanity in a digital world
Happy International Women’s Day! The blog I am sharing today celebrates the camaraderie and team work I witnessed recently while watching my granddaughter’s volleyball tournament. While the women in my life have an innumerable number of exceptional (and often superior) traits - I have chosen to discuss the power of strong friendships and community amongst women because I think it is a trait sorely lacking in our greater political landscape, especially amongst men. Share your thoughts below and celebrate international women’s day by paying women equally! #internationalwomensday2024 #teamwork #equalpay

Accelerating Past Stereotypes: My Journey as a Female Motorcyclist Navigating male-dominated spaces is a challenge familiar to many women, and it's a reality I confront head-on in the world of motorcycle riding. Here, proving oneself means not just showcasing skills, but shattering stereotypes. On my bike, the typical emotional intelligence attributed to women transforms into an assertive confidence. It's a powerful reminder of what we, as women, can achieve when we transcend societal expectations.Every mile I cover symbolizes the journey of women in all fields dominated by men. We're not just keeping pace; we're setting new standards and redefining norms. To all the women breaking barriers: your strength is inspiring, and your successes are rewriting the rules.#WomenInMotorcycling #BreakingBarriers #Empowerment #ridingschool #thanasischoundras

I loved this moment. This is what it should all about. Respect. Teamwork. Love. I HATED what Nike did with their add "Winning isn't for everyone." Implying that you had to be a jerk to win. Nope. This is what winners look like.
