This early exposure led me to pursue practical electronics engineering in college. Post-graduation, I rejoined Kramer in the lab, eventually progressing to the R&D department. After a stint as a self-employed professional, I returned to Kramer, initially in the IT department, before relocating to Kramer US, where I've now been for 9 years. As the US IT Manager, I not only oversee the American team but also provide support to our colleagues in Singapore and Australia. Outside of work, I'm an avid bike rider and enjoy hiking.” What do you like the most about working at Kramer? “I love the satisfaction of solving people's problems, or discovering these problems even before they are discovered. Every day I share a schedule with the warehouse manager I work with, I am in contact with customers and tuned with suppliers, with production and other colleagues. 'Usual' is not a word I use so much in my job.... Trucks are on the road and anything can happen there. . What do you like about your job? Nothing is trivial, every day is a surprise, a new challenge and a new goal to achieve. This makes everything more interesting and engaging. . Can you tell us an interesting fact about yourself? I don't talk much about myself, I'm not used to doing so, I would say that the ability to adapt to any context and patience allow me to successfully handle the most complicated situations. .
