According to LinkedIn, women in the US are 28% less likely than men to have strong networking. 🤔 The situation is similar in other countries. However, women are aware of this issue, as LinkedIn also provides other figures: women are 32% more likely than men to attend networking-related courses on LinkedIn Learning. It's hard to overstate the importance and impact of networking on career development, right?
