[FREE REPORT] The 2023 WXN Canadian Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Summit and Awards (CEDI) was the biggest to date. There were 379 attendees, who were immersed in the knowledge-sharing and mindset-changing atmosphere. From keynote speakers to panel discussions the EDI energy was electrifying. We completed a survey of the attendees and found some interesting responses. There was a multitude of reasons given for people coming to experience the event from panel discussion topics to professional development and networking opportunities. What we most learned is that an overwhelming 98% of respondents said they learned something new about EDI with regards to strategies, tools and/or resources that can help them and/or their organization. We have taken all this feedback and included it in our EDI[B] Interim Report.
